Microfiber is short for microfiber PU synthetic leather. It is a non-woven fabric made of microfiber staple fiber through carding and needling to make three-dimensional structure network. After wet processing, PU resin impregnation, alkali deweighting, skin grinding, dyeing and finishing, microfiber leather is finally made.
Microfiber fabrics are comfortable, beautiful, warm, breathe freely, have good draping and fullness, and also have obvious improvement in hydrophobic and antifouling properties. Using the characteristics of large specific surface area and softness, different organizational structures can be designed to make them absorb more sunlight heat energy or lose body temperature faster to play a role of warm in winter and cool in summer.
Microfiber has a wide range of applications. Microfiber has more superior physical properties than leather, and has a stable surface, so that it can almost replace leather.
