Q :Can you produce based on ours design and special request ?
A : Yes, no problem. We can do the OEM, please send your detail requirements to us and we will give you quotation first.
Q:What's your sample policy ?
A:Usually about $100 for the sample and freight by express ,half or whole returned when place the order depend on your quantity.
Q:How can I get the sample and how long it will cost ?
A:After your design comfirmed ,we will custom the sample for you ,it will take about 7-10 days for you to receive.
Q: What's your payment ?
A:T/T,Western union,Paypal etc.
And for small orders ,usually 100% payment before production ,and other 30% deposit before production ,70% balance before delivery.
Q:What about the delivery time and the delivery charges ?
A : Normally the goods will be delivered by air or sea , please inform us the destination port. Ours sales department will provide a detailed time schedule and cost . For the other deliver method and cost please contact with sales .

2)Confirm the proforma invoice.
3)Transfer the 30% deposit for order and 70% balance before delivery.
4)Arrange production and inspection.
5)Confirm shipping line or courier agent.
