A2:The sample fee is free if it is in stock, but you need to pay the freight. Also
The sample can be made according to your design and your requirements.
But sample cost will be needed. Usually sample cost can be refundable after
you place the order. 2) The samples time is about 5-7 days. Moreover, it will
take about 3-7 days to arrive to your place.
Q3: What is bleed?
A3: Artwork must bleed an 1/8' beyond the size on all sides. A bleed does
not count towards
your final size,you don't need to pay for the bleed because it will be cut off.For
example,
if your size is 4'*4' then the file you submit should be 4.25' *4.25' .
Q4: What kind of paper can be printed on?
A4: Art paper have the best performance of color and design. Also, other special
paper like black card, white card, offset paper and PU leather can be used.
Q5: How long is your production time?

for production is about 25- 30 working days after approval of pre-production sample.
